I understand your desire to monitor the units through one interface, however, unfortunately, it is not possible with our software and the Back-UPS units. The 5KVA and higher units ship with a Network Management Card so they use PowerChute Network Shutdown and not PowerChute Business Edition. Only our Smart-UPS units up to our 5KVA models are compatible with the PowerChute Business Edition software.
